All 17 premonitions are needed for the Foreseen trophy. Episode 6 is the highest-density chapter (six premonitions in a single climb), so plan a slow run-through there. Each pickup is a Bearings vision that warns of a future death or branch — collecting all of them is mandatory for Ending A on a blind run.

Tips
- Hold R2/RT briefly when entering a new room — the Bearings tool pulses if a premonition is nearby.
- Premonitions auto-save the moment they're scanned; you cannot lose one to a death.
- Episode 6 is the only "free movement" chapter — do not rush it.
